For a solid start in web development, HTML5 is an essential building block of knowledge. Since HTML and CSS form the foundation of every website, regardless of whether a content management system such as WordPress or similar is subsequently used, this is the ideal introduction to the world of web techniques. In this seminar you will build your own web pages with HTML, design the look of the web pages with CSS and make preparations to put your pages on the web afterwards. I lead the seminar and am a lecturer for basic training HTML5.X and CSS3.

  • Basics of HTML and CSS;
  • HTML source code, nesting, page structure;
  • Basics of CSS: External, embedded, inline style sheets, color values;
  • HTML semantics, folder structures, block elements vs. inline elements;
  • Import graphics, embed multimedia objects;
  • Create hyperlinks with/on anchors, block elements and graphics;
  • Create lists, sorted, unsorted and nested;
  • Create tables, organize, cell connection, table header;
  • Introduction to form creation Input fields, check boxes, method post/get, selection fields, preselection with selected;
  • WEB standards, code validation;
  • Editors and development environment;
